About Elizabeth Cox, LMFT, LPC
My Experience
I graduated in 2019 and started my career as an LMFT and LPC in July of that year. Since then I have taken more that 200 continuing education credits (CEUs). I have studied Gottman, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I focus on being curious about your feelings and thinking process to help you evaluate your own processes and become introspective of your thoughts and beliefs about yourself and your world. We work together to create a plan for you to start living a mentally healthier life your way.

I have specialized training and experience using EMDR with recent crisises as well as long term and childhood trauma.
